Watch your competition closely.
I mentioned this in an earlier post, but it’s worth repeating.
Watch as your competitors take down services or stop taking part in markets. Watch their websites, keep track of where they close offices, and pay attention to online forums where people are talking about not having the services they need.
Be the company that responds and helps.
It might be a bit of a stretch, but contact your competitors and ask to buy into the markets and products they are leaving.
